Optic was formed in 2003 by James Young and David Offen, both experienced Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Property Asset Managers. David and James have now been joined by fellow directors, Mark Shepherd and Mark Wingfield.

The firm is founded on commercial property management and associated professional work. We also provide professional property advice in the areas of facilities management, commercial property service charge administration and consultancy, property investment purchases and sales, nationwide commercial property searches, commercial property lettings and lease sales and telecoms consultancy. Our objective is to run a profitable business by serving our clients needs to the highest standards.
