Through our subsidiary company Hanover Facilities Management, we have a team of regionally based facilities managers who cover day to day issues at properties throughout the UK. The FM team are our "eyes and ears" on the ground.

We are able to achieve best value in the procurement of goods and services by rigorous tendering and bulk buying. We currently administer service charges for landlords with a total value in excess £5M pa.

Health and Safety compliance is our number one priority. We ensure that health and safety standards are maintained at the very highest levels at all times.

We are also experienced in advising tenants on the legitimacy of service charges and in acting as independent experts in service charge disputes, advising the parties, or acting as independent experts.
