Optic Asset Management Ltd is formed by David Offen. David was previously a director at CB Hillier Parker and Insignia Richard Ellis. Optic Asset Management agree to take office space at 28 St George Street London W1. Optic are instructed by Tiger Properties to asset manage their £120m UK commercial property portfolio. The Optic Asset Management team are joined by James Young previously at GVA Grimley and CB Hillier Parker. James joins David Offen as a director and equal partner in the business.
